If Undo Machine Full is not right for you, request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. You do not need to give a reason. The free trial does not reduce this refund window.

Request a refund

Email app@primecoder.de from your purchase email address and include your Paddle receipt or transaction reference. Say that you would like a refund. Please do not send card details or licence recovery codes.

Paddle handles the payment and returns approved refunds to the original payment method. You can also request payment help through Paddle support. Processing and bank posting times can vary.

After a refund

Your Full licence ends after the refund. Stop using paid access; your locally saved setup and snapshots are not deleted by the refund.

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to any statutory withdrawal rights and remedies for defective or undelivered software. It does not limit those rights. Purchases are also covered by the Paddle Buyer Terms.
